I liked the car available to me and convenience of location to my work place. Staff is very pleasant. I wish I had prepared better concerning the insurance issue and what cars were at the level I had reserved. My estimate of $171 became over $300. I will go with more time on my hands and better preparation when I need to rent again.

The staff was very friendly and informative. I was able to pick out the car i wanted and was very satisfied with the ride to my destination and back. I had no issues and would definitely rent with Enterprise again. Thanks for your great service.
I'm without a car and it can be very stressful making sure you're making it to work or a meeting or an appointment on time. But the New Britain Staff makes my life easier. Leo was great at getting me the best deal, and the manager is super friendly, and shes always very accommodating.
I thought my business was appreciated here but come to realize I'm just another person walking in the door.. Cars aren't serviced properly & you'll get the "oh it's been serviced the computer wasn't updated" line.. On top of finding a piece of chicken under the seat when I hadn't even eaten in the car (priceless).. Make sure when you pull off the brakes aren't vibrating every time you hit the pedal.. Oh before you go out your way to say thank you for giving me a rental just know that if you make a reservation with this location you more than likely will get the we don't have anything available check back with us later then you get no follow up call so your checking in with them every hour when they should be calling you!!!! Oh boy never again with these guys...
