I love this place! We have never had any bad experiences here. The customer service is always above and beyond, the prices are always fair and if need be, there is usually a loaner available!
This shop is not one to own up to mistakes and will literally leave you in the rain without help because they are too proud and macho to admit one of their mechanics did a poor job. My family has gone here for years and so disappointed in how little they value their customers.
My experience was nothing like any other. I was greeted with kindness and was told everything (what's wrong, what the price will be, etc) before I paid anything. The prices are great and the service is even better. Would definitely reccomend to more people
I am a first-time customer and had a great experience at Automotive Connection! My call was answered and handled with great professionalism and customer service by the owner himself as well as all the details when I came into the shop. I asked for an oil change, the tires to be changed, and a tune up. Instead of having me wait they gave me a free loaner car, which worked out wonderfully! They were honest about what my car actually needed, no trying to rip me off, because I was convinced I needed all new tires, but it turns out that everything was in working condition and all I needed was the oil change. I received a phone call with all the details of the work that needed to be done and a follow-up when it was finished. Everything was very quick! I called that day, brought my car in immediately, was out with the loaner car and back within the hour. And everything was very well priced even with the full check-up to make sure my car is in good driving condition. A trustworthy and honest automotive shop is very difficult to find, but I was extremely pleased with my experience at Automotive Connection and will definitely be returning!
