I love this store! You can always find great bargain in there! One of the best Marshalls there is.
This store is awful. They stretch shirts necks, don't treat people with respect and I saw an employee give hangers to a white family when they have said to us that they don't give hangers to nobody. When I asked her why she said that they give them to whoever they feel like to give them to and the Manager gave permission when it wasn't true because I asked her myself. From an a scale from 1to 10 I give them double 0.
The workers at this location are very unpleasant. No one wants to cash anyone out, it said register 1,2, and 3 were open. However, they must not of been. The woman at register one didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting at register 2 nor did the women who was marking up items for another woman. Not even a simple " hello, "or "I'll be right with you" was exchanged instead the women marking up items yelled, " who else is here that can ring" and approached the back. The women who they sent up to ring me out was too busy helping the women at register 1 transfer money between her accounts. Still unacknoleged that I was even there. When the women at register one could've politely cashed me out at register 2 while waiting for the lady to transfer funds into the proper account since this took about ten or so minutes. I potiley put down the frames on the register and simply said, " nevermind" while the woman working register one gave me a dirty look and didn't say a word to me. Not even a slight apology, I am disgusted and disappointed in the customer service of this marshals. I will not be returning.
Worst place ever! First of all not one employee greeted me and second when i go checkout i hand the cashier the tjx card and she asks me "whats that?" Really?! Not going back ever again!
