Customer service is very poor! Lack of communication and welcoming upon entering . They don't seem to care about their customers.
quick emissions testing..chairs in waiting area...just walk in, on right the table has a clipboard and list..just put your name and make of car and have a seat..I prefer to bring a 20$ to just exchange for testing confirmation form/receipt when done
After my car was damaged in an accident out of state, the at fault company directed me to Story Bros for repairs. They went above and beyond with the care and work that needed doing. My vehicle looks as good as new (and I bought it used)!
Came here for an emissions test. The gentleman who did the actual test was very nice and it was all taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The rest of the staff were not particularly "inviting" in their demeanor and while I waited, they were quite loud in chatting to each other. Also, the place could use a face lift, or at least a good cleaning service. At the end of the day, I walked in for a specific service, I got that service and I didn't have to wait an hour.
Thief's. Took them three repairs which I had to pay for before they found actual problem!
Very rude and disrespectful towards their customers. I went here for a simple emissions test and after about an hour of waiting, their maschine wasn't working. The guy had an attitude about it . Didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Just rudely showed disappointment and sent customers out the door. Just very unprofessional.
