This place is the worst i have ever seen .they raised my insurance price more than double. In the beginning they told me I qualify for a good discount for clean driving records with no violations tickets after every renewal they raised the price . If you need them they are never available . Stay away from this agent
The agent that was assigned to provide a quote, never completed the request nor provided an update call. 3 weeks later i had to follow-up to find out that my property, (a special situation), was denied by the first insurer he checked with, and that he was "too busy" to follow up with others. Unprofessional staff, would not recommend.
Everytime I call is an issue Abraham is always gone he will always be "back in an hour and is never back" and the girls system is always down.
