Not sure what Chaparro is talking about. Park street is ghetto and cheap. Polumbo's is way more high class than park street. The owner Fred and his daughter run the shop. The service is great. Fred makes you feel like family. He is willing to work with you on prices. I have purchased a few things here on different occasions with no issues. I support the mom and pop jewelers.
He has amazing cultured pearl jewelry at a very fair prices. My wife and my daughters do not lose any more them earrings since they use his special Ez back gold and silver with silicon earrings back. Save me money :)
So I should have left a review a long time ago. And I will admit my grandparents were shopping at Polumbo's since long before I was born. He has saved me hundreds on repairs ( just on one watch alone for that matter, not including the rest) and does the best work I've seen. Good honest people. Will post pics of my wife's ring repair!

If you are looking for superior customer service you will find it at Palumbo Jewelers. Kind, courteous and very patient. Although my family has purchased there in the past, I just stopped in hoping they could fix a clasp on a bracelet that Kay Jewelers in the mall said would take 10 days. Not only did Palumbos take care of my repair immediately but they didn't see the need to charge me since We were past customers and in their opinion it was just a "Minor repair". It pays to shop local and this place is a real "gem"! Thank you so much for going above and beyond - I truly appreciated it!
