I'm embarrassed to say that I've been using these guys for years, but they really suck. And I mean really suck. They've ruined clothes by staining them, try to deny it, then admit it and finally don't follow through on their commitments to make it good. And they can't seem to press a collar on the seam. They suck! So why do I keep going back? I can't find any other place, try as I might that will clean and press dress shirts for $2.00. Please increase your prices so I can find a real dry cleaner. You suck!

I've found them to be perfect. They remember who you are. They use detergents that are good for my skin since I'm sensitive to a lot of them and their price can't be beat
