Moved my car, on time and with care. I was very pleased with the communication from the move coordinator I worked with. I would use Auto and Boat again and again.
Used them to ship a vehicle - not only was the delivery late, they were extremely rude and lied about their promises. The vehicle also arrived damaged with many scratches and dent and the company denied the damages. The customer service representative was also rudest woman I have talked to. The boss was even worse and called me a liar. Don't work with this company. Like the other user, I would give them 0 if I could.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
If I could award them zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. Don't use this company! The original estimate for when my car would be delivered was 7/11 and it got here 8/1. The date kept getting pushed back and the representative was in sparse contact with us the entire time. My husband has tried calling her four or five times and left messages about getting compensated for the time past the estimate but she never returns his calls. We were without a car for 41 days. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
If you would like headache, chose this company. Believe me your car going to be TRASH in the end.
I have a Toyota and this company shipped it. It came broken windshield plus scratches all over my car. There are not helping me to fix my car and it’s been a disaster so far. I never had such a bad experience like this.
Great company. They let me know how the shipment was going and the car arrived in perfect condition. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will be using them again in the future if I relocate.
