No only have I received mail with other people's addresses (then have to bring them back to the P.O. since I certainly do not trust my mailman) but I am currently missing both my amended tax refund and a gift check sent from my in-laws. My regular mailman is phenomenal but the fill- in is a vulgar loud person who is ill-equipped to act in a customer service profession where integrity and accountability is warranted.

Packages missing and then blamed on "Someone stole it". Only "stolen" packages are from USPS never from UPS or FedEx. I'm home, 6 pm, lights on in the house, cars in driveway. They leave a note "Sorry We Missed You". Dog barks at any knock or doorbell, but they don't do any of it. I once caught the guy leaving, he was almost back to the sidewalk when I saw him out the window. Left a note that I wasn't home. Never attempted to knock or ring bell.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Carriers refuse to come up the stairs to ring the bell to my apartment when we have packages coming. Then when we call we get told that they cannot force employees to climb stairs in to deliver packages. Even though it is written on the REQUIREMENTS for the job on the USPS website that carriers need to be able to climb stairs and carry up to 75lbs. We also get told that it is not their problem that we're not receiving packages when promised. I understand that there can be delays. When the delay at their end because they won't make an effort to deliver, then it is their problem.

Carrier said they come to your door and never did Just show how lazy they are

I know that some of you are saying, "Well they may have made an attempt to deliver while you were not home." My answer is this: my husband is obsessive about tracking our packages, we've had other package handlers (Lasership/FedEx) leave packages on top of the outdoor mailbox to get ruined by the weather or stolen. He always makes sure that when we have items 'out for delivery' SOMEONE is ALWAYS HOME.

USPS is the ONLY place that I know of where employees do not have to preform their job duties and the only consequences are to the consumer. Straighten up your act USPS, and start getting some RELIABLE carriers who actually want to do their jobs.

They lied to Amazon and said that they couldn't access my condo (we have 5 open access points!!!) so wouldn't deliver. If I hadn't caught on I would have never gotten my package, one of the sellers was asking how my product was...It made me think what product? Nothing arrived?! Then I get the run around from Phil AND Larry at the post office, both rude & hardly helpful. Convinced this location fails to deliver willingly and the "managers" are in on it if you catch my drift...I was told that I'd be getting a call so I could pick up my package rather than wait any longer and that still hasn't happened. They'll tell you anything to get you off their back!
