Chili’s by West Farms has good service but they should stay on top of the floor maintenance. It be too dirty and people “clean” the tables by pushing crumbs to the floor and not sweeping after.
Always enjoy being served by Jeanette at the bar. She's very professional, always greets me with a smile and has very good customer skills. She makes me feel comfortable whether I'm alone or with other people. Thanks Jeanette! Miriam
Very bad customer service. It's really went downhill. I wander if this location is closing soon. I can't tell you about the food after a 45 min wait we left.
My kiddo likes going this Chili's. Good kids menu fairly consistent service - quick. They also have a bar area and can accommodate bigger groups. Good selection on the menu.
OMG.... What to do when I can’t get a decent burger and fries from Chili’s.... I’m cool with everything ON the burger, but tasteless meat resembling 70/30 didn’t cut it.... The fries were wrinkly, rustic cut, itty bitty, tough, coldish, tubers that lacked everything ANYone would expect to complement a burg.... Never posted before, but here we are.... Super busy night near the mall, but lots of empty booths, indicative of something awry? Hope not....
