Very bad at remembering some of the orders you put in worst pizza spot I ever ordered from never again their very forgetful .
i wish it allowed me to put no stars Never brought the food called for a refund and they refused to give it to me since supposedly the driver attempted delivery smh.
Ordered from here for years n never had a complaint till today. Driver was very rude and the food wasn't hot or taste as good as it usually does.
I ordered from Big Cheese tonight. I have to say it was the worst experience I have EVER had. I requested half of a meat lovers pizza and half pepperoni. I got a quarter meat lovers if you can call it a meat lovers. Very little meat ...On top of that the pizza was almost cold. I also asked for it to be cut in squares. That didn't happen either!!! So I called and asked for a manager and was told he wasn't there. So I told the person who answered what happened. He yelled at me and said there was no way that could happen and I was imagining it. He then hung up on me. I'm discusted! Don't order from here you will be waisting you money. They are rude and could care less about you or anything for that matter!!!!!!!!
This is my first time writing a review on online.. I had to because of these crooks at big cheese pizza shop? Guy is rude on the phone. Got the order wrong called about it and didn’t care about the fact that they sent the wrong item. And tell me they taste the same? Oh yea and their pizza? lil ceasers hot n ready pizzas are 10 times better.. how are these guys still in business.. I usully don’t pay too much attention to bad reviews, because I always thought everyone is different. But I should’ve listed to all the bad reviews about this place and NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!
